Randy worked his way up the Balto-DC event crew industry as proficient stagehand for all technical departments while studying and cutting his teeth as an audio/video engineer, camera operator, and master electrician/lighting director. Along the way he switched focus and became an accomplished climber/rigger in arena, theater, and installation rigging.
